Hi, I'm Hannah

Hannah Moore is a Level 3 certified personal trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist in Alloa, specialising in pre & post natal training, body confidence, and weight loss. Based at MooreFitness Studio in Candleriggs, she serves women across Alloa, Tullibody, Sauchie and Tillicoultry.

For over five years, I've worked with women of every age and ability — including those navigating PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, perimenopause, disordered eating, and the everyday battles with body confidence and mental health.

Women's health has been a chronically under-prioritised corner of the fitness industry. My job is to change that — one woman, one session, one honest conversation at a time. I help you find a way of moving that you actually enjoy. I help you build a relationship with food that doesn't involve restriction or guilt. And I help you develop a quieter, kinder voice in your own head.

Mental health is woven into everything I do. As someone who personally lives with anxiety and PMDD, I know how much the right support can shift. I'm in your corner from day one.

Yes — most of my clients started exactly where you are. You don't need any gym experience or fitness level. I build every programme around YOU, your body, your life and your goals. The first session is just about understanding where you're starting from.
Absolutely. I'm a NASM-certified Pre & Post Natal Specialist. I tailor training to each trimester and to postpartum recovery, including diastasis recti, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and gradually rebuilding strength on your own timeline.
Yes — this is exactly the work I'm known for. Sessions are private and judgement-free. I hold NHS Mental Health First Aid certification and I openly talk about anxiety and body image. You set the pace; I meet you there.
I've worked with clients managing PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, perimenopause and disordered-eating recovery. Programmes are adapted to your symptoms, your energy patterns and any medical guidance you bring with you.
